Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the VidTube AI Studio website (vidtubestudio.com) and all associated AI-powered tools and services (the "Service") operated by us ("we," "our," or "us").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities or actions that occur under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
You may not create more than one account per person, or create accounts using automated means, for the purpose of circumventing usage limits or plan restrictions.
Google Account and YouTube Channel Integration
Certain features of the Service — such as direct video metadata updates (titles, descriptions, tags), YouTube Analytics insights, and the Keyword Analyzer — require you to connect your Google Account and grant specific permissions via Google OAuth. By connecting your Google Account, you authorize us to access data from your YouTube channel(s) through the YouTube Data API v3 and YouTube Analytics API, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- › You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to connect the YouTube channel(s) you link to your account.
- › Any metadata updates (e.g., updated titles or descriptions generated by our AI tools) applied to your YouTube channel are performed only upon your explicit instruction and confirmation within the Service.
- › You can revoke our access to your Google Account at any time through your Google Account settings or from within your VidTube AI Studio profile settings.
- › Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Subscriptions, Payments, and Plans

Paid Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
We reserve the right to change Subscription fees at any time. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period, and we will notify you in advance. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new fees.
Refund Policy
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at support@vidtubestudio.com within 7 days of the charge. We do not issue refunds for partial months of service or unused credits.
Usage Credits and Fair Use
Each plan tier includes a defined allocation of credits for use across our AI tools. The following applies to all plans:
- › Credits reset on a monthly basis aligned to your billing cycle.
- › Unused credits do not roll over to the following month.
- › If you exhaust your monthly credits, you may upgrade your plan or wait for your next billing cycle reset.
- › We reserve the right to throttle or temporarily suspend access if usage patterns suggest abuse or attempts to circumvent plan limits.
- › Studio Max Script to Video credits are capped at 20 videos per month per account.
Affiliate Program
Our affiliate program allows you to earn a 30% recurring lifetime commission for qualifying customer referrals to VidTube AI Studio. Participation is subject to our separate Affiliate Program Terms provided upon registration. We reserve the right to modify commission structures with reasonable notice, or to terminate your participation for violations including, but not limited to, fraudulent activity, self-referrals, or misleading promotional practices.
Use of AI Tools and Generated Content
Accuracy Disclaimer
AI-generated content and third-party API data are provided for informational and creative assistance purposes only. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, reflect biases, or produce results that are not suitable for your specific use case without review. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and approving any content or analysis generated by the Service before publishing or acting upon it.
Copyright-Free AI Images
Images generated by our AI Image Generator tool are intended to be copyright-free for commercial use within your YouTube content. However, AI image generation is an evolving technology and we cannot guarantee that all outputs are entirely free of third-party intellectual property claims. You are responsible for ensuring the images you use comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
Script to Video — Stock Footage
Videos generated by the Studio Max Script to Video tool use copyright-free stock footage sourced from licensed providers (e.g., Pexels, Pixabay). You are responsible for ensuring your final published video complies with YouTube's Terms of Service and any applicable copyright laws.
Ownership of Generated Content
Subject to these Terms and your compliance with them, you retain ownership of the final content you create and publish using our tools. You acknowledge that similar outputs may be generated for other users with similar inputs, and that we do not guarantee uniqueness of generated content. You are responsible for ensuring your use of any generated content does not infringe upon any third-party rights, including copyright and trademark.
No Guarantee of Results
Use of our tools — including keyword research, title optimization, and script writing — does not guarantee any specific outcome on YouTube, including increased views, subscribers, rankings, or monetization eligibility. Results vary depending on many factors outside our control.
Prohibited Uses
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:
- ✕ To generate, distribute, or promote illegal, harmful, hateful, defamatory, harassing, or sexually explicit content.
- ✕ To violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation, including YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- ✕ To attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or our servers or networks.
- ✕ To use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service in a manner that exceeds normal human usage, bypasses usage limits, or disrupts service availability for other users.
- ✕ To resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Service or generated outputs as a standalone product without our written permission.
- ✕ To generate content intended to deceive, mislead, or manipulate YouTube's algorithm or audience in violation of YouTube's policies (e.g., artificial engagement, misleading clickbait).
- ✕ To reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- ✕ To infringe upon any third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights when using generated outputs.
Violation of these prohibited uses may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
8 Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content generated by users through AI tools), features, user interface design, branding, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of VidTube AI Studio and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
9 Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If your account is terminated for a breach of these Terms, you will not be entitled to a refund of any prepaid subscription fees. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@vidtubestudio.com.
10 Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content or third-party data provided through the Service.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VidTube AI Studio and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including without limitation, loss of profits, revenue, data, YouTube channel performance, or business opportunities — arising from:
- ›Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service or any of its AI tools.
- ›Any inaccuracy in AI-generated content (titles, descriptions, scripts, images, keyword data) that you publish or act upon.
- ›Any changes to YouTube's algorithms, policies, or API availability that affect outcomes for your channel.
- ›Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or connected YouTube account.
- ›Any third-party conduct or content accessed through or in connection with the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
12 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan.
13 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect, either via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice within the Service. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
