Google User Data (YouTube Integration)
If you choose to connect your YouTube channel via Google OAuth, we will request access to specific data through the YouTube Data API v3 and YouTube Analytics API, including:
- ›Your YouTube channel's basic profile information (channel name, ID, thumbnail).
- ›Permissions to view and manage your YouTube videos, including fetching video lists and updating video metadata (such as titles and descriptions generated by our tools) upon your explicit request.
- ›Permissions to view your YouTube Analytics data (e.g., video views, watch time, audience demographics, traffic sources) to provide performance insights within tools such as the Keyword Analyzer and VidRank AI Analyzer.
We only request the OAuth scopes strictly necessary for the features you choose to use. Your Google password is never accessed or stored by us. We fully comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our Service. Specifically, we may use your information to:

- › Track your usage against your plan's limits (Starter, Creator Pro, Studio Max).
- › Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve the Service and develop new features.
- › Communicate platform updates, new features, or relevant educational content (you may opt out at any time).

Disconnecting YouTube / Deleting Your Account
You can disconnect your YouTube channel at any time from your profile settings — we will immediately revoke access and delete all stored API tokens and associated YouTube data. To permanently delete your VidTube AI Studio account and all associated data, contact us at support@vidtubestudio.com. We will permanently remove your data within 30 days of a verified request.
